Warranty TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

Interiors shall provide customers with a five (5) years warranty for the products (“Products”) which shall be valid from the date of purchase of the products to the customers.

The 5-year warranty is valid only on select furniture brands:

a-BRAND NAMES: Michael Amini, Giorgio Collection, Alf Italia, Nicoletti, Bernhardt, Mariner, ART F, Décor-Rest, Lexington, and Fama.

b-The offer is applicable only on purchases made during the promotional period (May 1st – June 15th, 2025)

c-This extended warranty is provided exclusively through Interiors and applies to qualifying furniture pieces from the participating brands.

2. Coverage

The 5-year warranty covers:

a-Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

bStructural integrity, including frames, springs, and mechanical components (e.g., reclining mechanisms).

3. Exclusions

The warranty only covers any non-conformity between the ordered and the delivered Products that existed at the delivery date. As a result, Interiors shall not be liable under the warranty for:

a- Damages caused directly or indirectly to the Products after the delivery;

b- Faults of which customers was aware of at delivery;

c- Damages caused by a wrong mounting or use of the Products,

d- Parts which have to be replaced on a regular basis or which have a short life cycle in their nature (e.g. consumables, lamps, locks, textile, etc);

e- Faults caused by no judicious treatment, bad maintenance, abnormal use or a use of the Products contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer;

f- Normal wear and tear.

g- Upholstery materials (fabric, leather, and surface finishes), including discoloration and pilling.

The warranty ends if i) the Products have been repaired by a third party, ii) in the event non- genuine (spare) parts have been used for the repair or iii) if the Products are resold.

If during the warranty period any of the Products turn out to be defective, customers shall notify Interiors and Interiors shall, at the choice of customers, (i) supply the proper Products in order to substitute the defective ones, or (ii) reimburse customers for the then cost of the defective Products, or (iii) reimburse customers for the costs borne by customers for the purchase of the goods to substitute the defective Products. Any reimbursements shall be performed within 30 working days as of the date of customer’s notice.

4. Claims & Process

a-Customers must provide proof of purchase from Interiors to initiate a warranty claim.

b-All claims must be submitted through Interiors’ Customer Service within the warranty period.

c-Interiors reserves the right to inspect and assess the product before approving any warranty claim.

d-If a product is deemed defective, Interiors may choose to:

Repair the item.

Replace the defective part(s).

Reimburse for the cost of the defective product.

5. Limited-Time Offer

This 5-year extended warranty is an exclusive campaign offer, available only on purchases made during the promotional period. The extended warranty is not retroactive and cannot be transferred to previous or future purchases.
